Abstract – In recent years, data visualizations have prominently contributed to knowledge discovery, knowledge creation, and knowledge dissemination. The talk will discuss some of the challenges and opportunities encountered in these processes. It hopes to contribute to a larger conversation about the value of data visualization with a focus on the dissemination stages.
